"I contacted Power Installers in emergency after my electrical system had been damaged by mice under the floor borads. They responded to my call on the same day and after a detailed survey they presented an estimate and timeline of the work needed to restore the electricity in my house. In two days they carried out a complex and thorough job under and above the floor boards. I was able to leave them my key as I could not take time off work and they had free access to my house for the duration of the work. This happened last winter during the snow and their reliability competence and honesty made it possible for the problem to be sorted quickly and efficiently. At the end of this job they reported how my electrical system was old and no within EU regulation and they provided me with a free estimate for carrying out any necessary work to upgrade my property electrical system. Six month later I arranged for the work to be carried out, they kept the cost from the original estimate and they complete a very extensive renewal of my electrical system in 3 days. Power installers are friendly, polite, reliable, very competent and trustworthy professionals who work safely using modern and sophisticated tools; they complete the work as planned and leave the working area tidy and clean. It was a pleasure to have them at home and despite being at home without my boyfriend at the time I felt safe to have them around. They also provided official certificate of the worked carried out to be made available to my home insurance. I strongly recommend them."

Initially they carried out a thorough survey before we purchased thereby highlighting what needed to be fixed to meet standards demanded by many insurers (NICEIC), thus allowing this to be taken into account during the purchase. After purchasing they carried out all the work. They did not rush, but worked diligently and professionally. Their work was neat even when lifting carpets and floorboards to lay wires, or when running channels in walls and plastering afterwards. Nothing was too much trouble.
